Czech Republic overview

Czech Republic Travel Guide
Not yet 20-years-old, the Czech Republic is one of Europe’s jewels. A small country it is the home of castles, medieval towns and outstanding beer. Most travellers enter via Prague which itself is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Unfortunately it is also one of the most visited. Luckily the rest of the country has tonnes to offer. There is Cesky Krumlov with architecture to surpass that of the capital. There is Karlovy Vary an historic spa town and once the haunt of Europe’s rich and famous. There is also Ceske Budejovice where the local Budvar is arguable one of the best beers in the world. Still an infant in terms of tourism the Czech Republic has found its post communist feet remarkably quickly. It is worth visiting now before it hits its full stride.
